Este documento regula las condiciones generales de uso y contratación del servicio de reserva online ofrecido a través del sitio web www.thevanspot.com, correspondiente al área de estacionamiento para autocaravanas ubicada en Paseo Marítimo S/N, El Palmar, Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz, España.

1. OBJETO DEL SERVICIO
A través de esta web, el usuario puede realizar reservas para el uso temporal de plazas de aparcamiento destinadas a autocaravanas, campers o turismos con remolque.
La reserva incluye únicamente el uso del espacio asignado y los servicios indicados en la ficha correspondiente (como electricidad, agua, vaciado, etc.).

2. RESERVA Y PAGO
Las reservas se realizan exclusivamente online mediante el motor de reservas integrado en esta web.
La reserva solo se considerará confirmada cuando se haya completado el pago correspondiente.

3. ESTANCIA MÍNIMA
La estancia mínima es de 2 noches. No se aceptan reservas de una sola noche.
En caso de incumplimiento, la reserva podrá ser anulada sin derecho a reembolso.

4. HORARIOS
* Check-in: a partir de las 13:00h del día de llegada
* Check-out: hasta las 12:00h del día de salida
* Acceso al área: de 8:00h a 00:00h
* Silencio obligatorio: de 00:00h a 08:00h

5. POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
* Cancelaciones con al menos 72 horas de antelación: reembolso del 90 % del importe abonado (retención del 10 % por gestión).
* Cancelaciones con menos de 72 horas: no se realizará reembolso.
* No se permiten cambios de fecha ni emisión de bonos.
* Las cancelaciones deberán solicitarse exclusivamente por WhatsApp, indicando el nombre del titular y la fecha de la reserva.

6. NORMAS DE USO DEL PARKING DE AUTOCARAVANAS
El acceso y uso del área implica la aceptación y cumplimiento de las siguientes normas:
* NO se circulará y se controlará el ruido de 00:00h a 8:00h
* Velocidad máxima de circulación 10km/h.
* NO se admiten barbacoas.
* NO se admiten tiendas de campaña. 
* Se prohíbe hacer vertidos en las parcelas.
* Se prohíbe tener los vehículos encendidos en las parcelas. 
* Tanto niños como mascotas deberán estar supervisados por sus padres/tutores/dueños en todo momento.
* Entradas: a las 13:00h.
* Salidas: máximo a las 12:00h del medio día del día de salida.
* Rogamos guarden respeto tanto a las personas y animales en el área como las instalaciones. 
El incumplimiento de estas normas puede conllevar la expulsión inmediata sin derecho a reembolso

7. RESPONSABILIDAD
El titular del área no se hace responsable de pérdidas, robos, daños personales o materiales durante la estancia.
El uso indebido de las instalaciones o el comportamiento incívico podrá conllevar la cancelación de la reserva sin compensación alguna.

8. LEGISLACIÓN Y JURISDICCIÓN
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia, ambas partes se someterán a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Cádiz, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles.

9. POLÍTICA DE DEPÓSITO Y PAGO ANTICIPADO
Para confirmar la reserva, se requiere el pago del 100 % del importe total en el momento de realizarla, a través del motor de reservas online disponible en este sitio web.
Este pago se considera depósito en garantía y será imputado al total del servicio contratado.
En caso de cancelación, modificación o no presentación, se aplicarán las condiciones establecidas en la Política de Cancelación publicada en este sitio web.

This document regulates the general conditions of use and contracting for the online booking service offered through the website www.thevanspot.com, corresponding to the motorhome parking area located at Paseo Marítimo S/N, El Palmar, Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain.

1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
Through this website, the user may make reservations for the temporary use of parking spaces intended for motorhomes, camper vans, or cars with trailers.
The reservation includes only the use of the assigned space and the services indicated in the corresponding listing (such as electricity, water, waste disposal, etc.).

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Reservations are made exclusively online through the booking engine integrated into this website.
The reservation will only be considered confirmed once full payment has been completed.

3. MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Single-night bookings are not accepted.
In the event of non-compliance, the reservation may be cancelled without any right to a refund.

4. SCHEDULES
* Check-in: from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival
* Check-out: until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure
* Access to the area: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight)
* Mandatory quiet hours: from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance: 90% refund of the amount paid (10% retained for administrative costs).
* Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance: no refund will be issued.
* Date changes and voucher issuance are not permitted.
* Cancellations must be requested exclusively via WhatsApp, indicating the name of the booking holder and the reservation date.

6. RULES FOR USE OF THE MOTORHOME AREA
Access to and use of the area implies acceptance of and compliance with the following rules:
* No driving or noise from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
* Maximum driving speed: 10 km/h.
* Barbecues are not allowed.
* Tents are not allowed.
* It is prohibited to dispose of waste on the plots.
* It is prohibited to keep vehicles running while on the plots.
* Children and pets must be supervised by their parents/guardians/owners at all times.
* Check-in: from 1:00 p.m.
* Check-out: by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
* Please respect both the people and animals in the area, as well as the facilities.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion without the right to a refund.

7. LIABILITY
The owner of the area is not responsible for loss, theft, or personal/material damage during the stay.
Improper use of the facilities or inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of the reservation without any compensation.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Cádiz, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

9. DEPOSIT AND ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY
To confirm the booking, payment of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of making the reservation through the online booking engine available on this website.
This payment is considered a guarantee deposit and will be applied to the total of the contracted service.
In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the conditions set out in the Cancellation Policy published on this website will apply.
